Because our tutoring services are directed toward students, we frequently interact with individuals under the age of 18.

A parent or guardian must register the student for our Services. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your supervision, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

  • All of our tutors undergo rigorous background checks and Working with Children Checks (WWCC) prior to onboarding.

  • Access to student profiles is restricted solely to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

Parents and adult students have full control over their data. You have the right to:

  • Request the permanent deletion of your account and associated student learning records (subject to necessary financial retention requirements).
